  • The Department of Communities Tasmania has passed on documents to us for an Initiative for Foster/Kinship/Third Party Carers who are approved carers receiving carers payments. The initiative is an extended care transition to independence to enable these carers to receive extended payments until the child in care turns 21. https://www.communities.tas.gov.au/children/adoption/support_for_care_leavers/after_care_support_program
